22. I LOVE the second game so MUCH! A lot of people seem to hate it, but I thought the battle system for it (as far as characters go) was THE BEST. I do prefer the E.S. battles in episode III though. But I only recently finished this series...and I can honestly say it's in my top three games of all time. I just love it that much...and, really, I LOVE Shion. I don't really understand the hate for her. :/
Well...I do understand why people dislike her...but I really think her actions were justified.

I love the battle system in II as well. At first I was terribly confused and frustrated, but after reading a detailed walkthrough, it made sense. Then it was really fun. I even did a presentation on it for Speech class where I brought in my PS2 and explained how to effectively kill enemies.

The class kept giggling every time Junior said "eat this." <.<;

The battle system in II was also a LOT faster, in my opinion. I got through the battles quicker and didn't mind getting into them in the first place! XD
The only thing I did NOT like about II were a few of the...voice changes. *shudders*

But THAT must have been an awesome speech topic, I would have loved to have done something similar. :D!

22. I agree on the ES battles being the best in 3 (and whatever they were called in 1 - I never even bothered buying to parts. Too expensive. :/). The battle system in 2 confused the hell out of me the first time I played it, but going through it for the *cough* second and third time I really got into it. I don't get why it gets so hated on - it takes a while to get the hang of it, but the entire thing is so unique and never gets old for me.

I adore Shion. My only problem is deciding who to ship her with! (Dammit, I like Allen and Kevin and KOS-MOS.)

The AGWS were so unnecessary in the first episode that they were hardly useful. The parts were far too expensive and with a bit of leveling you could easily defeat enemies/bosses using only your characters. I was lucky enough to have a friend give me some advice on the battle system in II and I never had a problem. :D!
It is very unique...and much faster than the rest.

XDD! I used to hate Kevin till the end bit in episode III. Now I...can't really hate him. But I love to pair her with all three of them, too. XD
