But I'm 90% certain that 14 is canon. Or at least one-sided from Venom.

From what I've read and played, that is indeed true: Venom is canon gay for Zato, but I think that Zato is pretty much an asshole who never cared for anyone that way. Then again I've only played GGXX and read about the other two, so my information may be faulty.
