There's an endorphin rush associated with eating and enjoying hot sauce. For me, that endorphin rush translates into arousal. My husband actually bought me ghost pepper sauce because he thought it would turn me on (and it did, so good for him!).

So basically, as I said to stella, I'd love to read a story about someone eating something with hot sauce on it and being desperate for sex afterwards.
