Do you have a kink that you feel really alone in? As in, you don't see it in lists of kinks or can't find a tag on AO3 or never hear it talked about, etc.

Tell us your kink and see if anyone else shares your interest. Perhaps someone will give you a rec. :)

But they don't of course, because most of my fandom is made up of kids who think my favorite fap-fodder characters are too old.

It's pretty benign as far as kinks go (and I have one that I will never mention, anon or un-anon), but it's certainly an... odd, out-of-left-field one, anyways. I don't really even view it in a sexual sense either, but ehhhh, w/e.

I have met seen some folks with the amputation/prosthetics kink lately, but I still think it's fairly rare. And a lot of the amputee stuff is guro or excessively fetishistic, which is not necessarily my thing.

Strangely, dehumanization/objectification, of the "gratuitous sex slave" variety. The closest I get is either consensual D/s and sex slavery (fun in its own way, but not what I'm looking for) or really angsty fic about someone's experiences *coughcoughWinterSoldiercoughcough* being turned into more of a 'thing' than a person. Also fun, also not what I'm looking for.

I like slave fic (or non-con fic) where the slave is really protective of his master and there's no Stockholm Syndrome involved but there is still a strong master/slave component (so the master's not just going through the motions of being a master for the public and at home the slave's treated like an equal).

Sex where one person is completely disinterested but it's not non-con (although I like non-con, dub-con too). I especially have a kink of a guy being fucked where he's not even hard and he's just enduring through it or he's giving oral but not turned on. I love this where one person is doing it to please someone else but isn't a martyr about it. They don't mind doing it but it's just not that interesting either.

It's not very specific, but it's rare and almost never a fic's main focus...
A well adjusted from the outside and canon complied character with a really messed-up inner dialogue or thoughts, which this character has to hide.

Domestic violence. Every variation is good for me -- male-on-female, female-on-male, male-on-male, female-on-female. Especially if the victim is very martyred and submissive about it. Doubly especially if it's motivated by jealousy or possessiveness. Just...the idea of one person hitting or slapping their romantic partner in the face, shoving them, pulling their hair, throwing them against a wall or on the floor...that sort of thing. I don't know how to explain it except that when I'm in a particular mood (or cycle of my period), it feels almost more like sex than actual sex.

One of my favorite kinky activities is to write fics that I will never publish about pairings I like abusing each other horribly. They're all obviously wildly OOC because in fic I mostly like this with characters who would never hurt each other, but I like to try to make them as IC as possible within the confines of the OOC premise.

It has to be of the glamorized passionate type you see in old movies, though, not the dull, soul-crushing reality of RL domestic violence.

A girl (pref tsundere) just straight up beating the shit out of a guy.

Less standard femdom with the guy tied up and accepting etc, more actual fights where she just kicks the shit out of him, and then doms.

Best with some clear injuries, but short of guro.

Possession? As in demon or evil spirit possession. Specifically, evil being taunting the possessed person/a loved one of the possessed person with the control they have over their body? (Shapeshifting to "steal" someone's body also works.)

Also straight up ghost sex. People having sex with ghosts. Love it.

and I'm not a fan of Supernatural so, now that I consider it, that probably is why I pretty much never see those things.

It's a pretty tame kink and it's not that difficult to find IRL but like the extremely-common-in-actual-porn "gay for pay" above, it's practically non-existent in slash fandoms and I have no idea why. Oh well. I like the live stuff.

Guro. Buuut it's a very specific type of guro where it is consensual, both characters enjoy it and the character who gets it ends up being fine in the end.
