Cardiophilia/Heart beats.

It's pretty benign as far as kinks go (and I have one that I will never mention, anon or un-anon), but it's certainly an... odd, out-of-left-field one, anyways. I don't really even view it in a sexual sense either, but ehhhh, w/e.

I've seen fic where it isn't really sexual but where characters are comforted/obsessed about the heartbeat of their loved one. Generally if one characters gets hurt/sick a lot (like Bucky/Steve).

If you check out The Sentinel fandom, there's a huge trope in Sentinel fic where Jim (a cop with super senses) can sense Blair, his anthropologist sidekick's heartbeat from like hundreds of miles away or will single it out in a room full of people, or will use it to centre himself when he's having a freakout. Like, you might have to do a bit of searching but it's there is a lot of it once you get into it.

It's big in Teen Wolf, since the wolves can hear people's heartbeats clearly.
