Uniforms/gear.

It's a pretty tame kink and it's not that difficult to find IRL but like the extremely-common-in-actual-porn "gay for pay" above, it's practically non-existent in slash fandoms and I have no idea why. Oh well. I like the live stuff.

The rare instances I've seen of it in fandoms involve loving descriptions of uniform and kit-related things, but yeah, you're probably right.

I don't see it that much in drawn slash though either, which is weird.
