I think that guy is a hateful asshole who should've had his account banned for harrassment, but IMO doxxing is only okay if somebody is in immediate danger (posted a suicide note, threatened to beat someone up, etc.) because putting a person's location online is an act that can never be reversed, so it should only be done to prevent other actions that can't be reversed.
