Misidentifying a bunch of weedy grasses in weed science class has kind of eroded my confidence in my ability to ID the seeds of about 25 different crops that I need to memorize by 11 tomorrow morning.

Natural resource ecology and management, but you can't really do any kind of conservation work in my state without reference to the way the land has been farmed or without working with farmers. I mean, it'd be kind of presumptuous. Most people at my school (at least, most people in my college) have a farm background; I don't, so I've got to learn that from the ground up.

That makes sense. Seems like they want people to truly know what they're working with, which is cool. Sucks that it's an uphill battle for you, though.

I wish you luck. I think you can do it! You know from today where your weaknesses are, so you can hone in on them, and kick ass tomorrow.
