Two things:

1) There's no correct age to start being sexually active. You're either ready for it or not. Don't feel pressured to do something just because your friends are. You're also not worth any less (or more) because you happened to wait longer than average.

2) There's someone out there who is going to find you attractive. No matter who you are, what you look like, what your personal configuration happens to be... someone thinks it's pretty hot. Stop worrying about that.

If you're looking for ways to experiment with your dating experience there are plenty of places online to do just that. You don't need to necessarily even date anyone. If you're just looking for an affirmation that people are still interested in you sexually, you can make a profile on a dating site (or app) and watch the responses pile up.
