That's Stephanie Meyer? I heard a bunch of stuff about how hideous she was but I guess that was just bullshit. Her story is awful but she's very pretty.

Yeah IA I mean....I am aware that people can be petty and if they don't like something about someone some will be quick to harp on their appearance. As if that matters really. There's nothing wrong with noting that someone looks pretty even if you don't like them.

I was also annoyed by the really gross fat jokes about Cassie Claire. Even tho I don't approve of what she did(the direct and PROVEN plagiarism and bullying shit and the scamming before someone comments on that >.>) I think people should criticize her based on her actions and not just her weight.

I am not the average person who makes commentary on people's looks, but good GOD is Cassie Clare unattractive.

Yeah... I dislike the commentary regarding Cassandra Cla/i/re's body, myself. She's done so many fucked up things, it's like, why are you focusing on her weight and not that? (And some people do both, and I still find it off-putting because it's not relevant. The fact that she is, from all accounts, a terrible person is relevant.)

Also I suspect personal bias can be a factor. Like if you don't like someone and have bad experiences with them it can be easy to think of them as unattractive. Not saying that's the only thing but, hell its a factor. At the end of the day though, it doesn't really matter if someone's pretty or not when it comes to their integrity and whether they're a nice person or not.

I've always thought she was very pretty- I remember being surprised when I first saw her. For some reason, I wasn't expecting her to be attractive. I've never heard anyone calling her hideous. Though I'm not surprised.
