I'm with you on muscles. Turn off for me. I like lanky men.

Also tattoos/piercings. It's not a deal breaker or anything but I don't find it attractive and it makes me squeamish.

Do personalities count? If so, then brooding/rough around the edges/jerky.

Oh, yes, I agree with the personality thing. For me, I'd also add arrogant and smirky/condescending. The type of behavior I'm supposed to find hot makes me want to kick the person behaving that way!
