Plenty of sleep and liquids. Hot soup helps a bit with congestion, but you can always try over the counter drugs, too. Sudafed-- get the good stuff behind the counter that contains Pseudoephedrine, it's more effective than Phenylephrine. You may not feel like eating, but try not to skip meals.

Oh, and don't bother with crap like Airborne or other things that promise to treat colds. They're bullshit.
