If you like Deep Space 9, you should definitely watch B5. I personally prefer DS9, but they're both really good, and in many ways different takes on similar concepts.

DS9 and B5 are like cricket and baseball. There's enough differences so that they're substantially not the same thing, and one can seem strange and odd at first if you're used to the other, but ultimately, enough of the appeal is the same that a lot of people who like one should also be able to appreciate the other.
