Motivation?

Hope I'm not too late, but what's a good way to get motivated, organized, and not delay everything to the last second.

Figure out what makes you delay; what's behind the procrastination? Is it because a task scares you, overwhelms you or paralyzes you? Is it because it's boring, something that doesn't interest you, something you're being made to do? Is it because other things going on in your life like familym, work or personal problems are preventing you from spending adequate time on things? Whatever drives the procrastination will determine the answer to dealing with it.

Depends on what you're trying to do. The problem is, no system or technique or advice can force you to stop procrastinating and work. (And I say this as a world class procrastinator.) At some point, it all boils down to self-discipline that only you can exercise. Now, there are things that help: set a reasonable schedule for yourself, one that allows you dedicated free time as well as time to work. And stick to it.

Figuring out why you're delaying or what's distracting you and eliminating that also helps. Allowing yourself a little reward when you reach your work goals can be nice, too.
