I think that can actually be attributed to the dreamwith change. I dont think dreamwith ever got as big as livejournal so not many people made accounts for it, especially because FS made the change around the time livejournal was dying and interest in journal sites was waning.

Me, I could have used my livejournal account to comment here but i got tired of spam on my livejournal so i deleted it.

Pretty much. I just don't want to make yet another account that I'll only use for this comm. Plus I have two online identities that I want to keep vaguely separate (really, anyone who was so inclined could find out that they're both me with a minimum of effort but I like having the illusion of a buffer between "us"), and as an anon I can talk about the things I post under both names without worrying about "who" should be saying what.

As someone who had multiple accounts here and still sometimes goes anon, I can attest to the hardship of remembering how I was logged in when talking about specific things.
