I keep hoping it's not going to be a big deal since it's been slowly coming on all week but I think it's definitely moving towards getting worse rather than better.

:( Is there no way you could go to a clinic or anything, or there isn't any over the counter medication that might ease your pain a bit? I don't know how far away from home you are so maybe those aren't helpful suggestions.
