That's because in 99.999999999999% of the fandom it is the exact opposite. Cersei is a bitch who should be raped and killed, Tyrion is witty and awesome and can do no wrong. If OP is legit, and didn't just find some random crazy on Tumblr (which is what I suspect) what they're seeing is a backlash against the fandom norm. Which was for a while, before the show started and brought in a more diverse fanbase, to verbal shit down the necks of all female characters but Dany and Arya and Brienne, because they're not "girly" or "bad mothers".
