Wait, what? Those are the Miranda rights: 1.) You have the right to remain silent. 2.) Anything you do say can be used against you. 3.) You have the right to an attorney. 4.) You have the right, if you cannot afford an attorney, to have one appointed for you at no cost to you. And then some waiver question, along the lines of what you've written above. There's... no other part to the Miranda rights. Some of them have further explanations, but cops are not required to explain the rights-- only to list the four, as described above. I'm not sure what the "other half" would be?
