There's also other numerous stylistic trends that have crept into popular works such as characters with long-noodly-definitely-not-anatomically-correct arms, female character who are drawn so unrealistically skinny that they literally look like they're anorexic (Winx Club)

You can express like or dislike of either of these styles, I don't give a shit. I personally kind of like the shaded noses (as long as the art is intended to be cartoony in the first place)

Eugh, I'm so glad people have finally started going away from Adventure Time style art. That's a lot more ugly to me than over-reddened noses.

I'm not a big fan of the style either unless you're deliberately trying to invoke the style as a show for a parody or something
