I think mine was Haruka/Michiru from Sailor Moon. I was obsessed with this show. Never cared much for the whole Usagi/Mamoru thing but when the Outers entered the picture I immediately was in love with the portrayal of their relationship (It wasn't censored in my country thank god).

Seiya/Usagi from Sailor Moon. I didn't mind Usagi/Mamoru before Stars, but as soon as Seiya came along I shipped it hard. I was so disappointed when Mamoru came back to life at the end (I wasn't that huge of a Chibiusa fan, I would have been fine if she hadn't existed. Though I don't think I realised that Chibiusa would cease to exist if Mamoru were dead when I was a little kid anyway.)

If we're talking just emotional attachment to a ship (as opposed to in the context of participating in fandom) then I would have been pretty young for my first. Probs Jesse/Becky from Full House ;)

Buffy/Spike if we are talking actually reading fanfics and such, before that I didn't think much about shipping except likning or not liking canon pairings.

I honestly can't remember, but Hiei/Kurama and Xena/Gabrielle were two of my first.

I was going to say Mulder/Scully, but then I realized...no. No, that isn't it.

It's Venkman/Dana.

Link and Zelda

I never liked Malon -- I always wanted Link to be with Zelda

probably Ash/Misty

Bulma/Vegeta, they were(and still are) my babies.

Either Wolverine/Phoenix or Dinobot/Rattrap, give or take my age.

Wolverine/Phoenix was one I really liked as a little kid from the 90's X-Men cartoon (even though Cyclops/Phoenix was endgame, haha) because for whatever the reason, I liked seeing them together, but I don't quite recall ever doing anything "shippy" with them.

Dinobot/Rattrap, however, was one I knowingly shipped once I figured out what shipping actually was, ahahaha. ~~Don't judge me~~

Mulder/Scully. My first slash ship was Todd/Neil from Dead Poets Society.

Well, Han/Leia was the first pairing I really liked, though I didn't know what shipping was at the time. Then Luke/Mara became my first pairing I obsessed over and read fanfics for. Harry/Hermione was my first online pairing where I talked about it and obsessed and wrote fics for.

I think it was probably Kim/Ron (Kim Possible).

I was five or six years old so I don't quite remember, but it was either Link and Zelda from the American cartoon, or Keith and Allura from Voltron.

Beverly Crusher/Jean-Luc Picard. :)

Either Sam an Jack from sg1 or Mary an Dickon frim Secret Garden.

Arnold/Helga

I had a crush on Spock, but I shipped Spock/Leila only in a vague sort of "oh it's sad they can't be together." (Especially as Spock said that it was the first time in his life he'd been happy AND SO WHAT IF IT WAS SEX POLLEN?!)

More fannishly, hm ... I guess Han/Leia (which I slipped in as a background in my first fanfic; as I recall most everyone else was shipping Luke/Leia back then). ~ Spike/Buffy is the first ship I felt combatively OTP-ish about, and Jounouchi/Kaiba was the first one I wrote lots of fanfic for.
