Oniisama E (http://chibkyo.livejournal.com/112148.html), which was renamed by its only fansub group as Brother, Dear Brother. A tale of lesbian crushes, hidden identities, mysterious illnesses, school politics, drugs, a twisted D/s relationship, lots of crazy, and some really bad yet stylish basketball. It's fabulous. The closest thing I can relate it to is Utena, which used a lot of the elements in Oniisama E in a fantasy setting.
