To be fair, not everybody expressing a contrary opinion is a troll--even one as inflammatory as this.

Because I think knee-jerkedly labeling someone a troll for espousing a contradictory or unpopular opinion sets a bad precedent? It could be a completely sincere thought (that I'd disagree with) but that makes them... something else entirely, but not a troll.

Forgive me if I'm not making much sense. Lack of sleep, finals, and caffiene have made my brain fairly nonfunctional at the moment.

I personally didn't think it was a troll, mostly because people are abundantly ignorant about transsexuality, more so than any other sexuality issue, so it doesn't surprise me that someone could express such an offensive opinion without even realizing it.

However:
Replace "FTMs" with, oh, I don't know...let's say "lesbians" or "gays", just as an example.

Think about what sort of reaction that would get.

Still, replacing FTM with "lesbian" at least... other secrets have expressed similar viewpoints, so...

I don't think it's a good view or one I agree with, but an unpopular or even offensive opinion doesn't necessarily mean troll.

It could just mean jackass. >_>
