NO KIDDING. Monologues about how Chandra loved him more, or how he killed Isaac, or whatever? He's totally only doing it to provoke and get a reaction out of Mo. Sylar's like a kid in fifth grade, shooting spitballs at or pulling the hair of the object of his childish desires, just to get the attention. He just loves it.

... I know the simile sounds silly, if it weren't so true.

XD It is so true. In that relationship, Mohinder is totally the stable, emotionally independent one, and Sylar is the psychotic ex-girlfriend who keeps showing up on the doorstep in lingerie.

I mean, their interaction in Powerless can essentially be summed up as:

SYLAR: Be afraid of me! Be in awe of me! Pay attention to me!
MOHINDER: Whatever.
