What is the big hubbub? I googled it any watched a couple of clips but it seems like your standard porn video game...

It looks like there's some fucked-up shit, but my quick Google search didn't turn up anything insane? Apparently the premise is that the main character is given a position of power over... butlers, I think, and grossly abuses it (source: http://vndb.org/v4107). Not sure of much else.
