It looks like there's some fucked-up shit, but my quick Google search didn't turn up anything insane? Apparently the premise is that the main character is given a position of power over... butlers, I think, and grossly abuses it (source: http://vndb.org/v4107). Not sure of much else.

I've played the game before. And yes, I can say that the game is fucked up. You get the 'Best' End by acting like a total dick to the different characters in their route and the 'Bad' End for being nice to them. It's basically the bastard boyfriend trope taken to the extreme.

For those who haven't played the game, here's what it has:
- Bestiality
- Very Unhealthy BDSM relationship
- Stockholm Syndrome
- Rape
- Forced Prostitution
- Abuse
- Public Usage
- Things that should not be used as sex toys as sex toys (flowers, mops, vegetables, etc)

... to name a few. There's still some more that I can't remember right now. But if you're not into very hardcore, unhealthy and sadistic relationships, don't touch this with a ten foot pole and somebody else's arm. But you if are, go ahead. There's an English patch out on Aarinfantasy. Or just get the CG set. Some of the Voice Acting is horrid. Along with some of the anatomy.

All the crybabies who wail "nooo DRAMAtical Murder has rape and unhealthy relationships and it's so triggering and abusive!" would do well to play games like this. DMMD is not hardcore in the slightest.
