I know they can get a few inches in length, and I've heard tales of freakishly large ones in parts of South or Southeast Asia... but... the size of his foot? Is he sure it was a roach?

Hahaha.

Sorry, anon. Three inches is still pretty freaky, though. The only redeeming factor is the fact that's too big to get stuck inside your ear.
