Like I said in the other comment I think she was the one that rejected this dude so she feels guilty, and she also feels sorry for me that I don't have a BF. Like we're both these pathetic single people and she's going to be our savior or something. I can't think of specific examples but that's just the impression I've gotten from things she's said.

Pretty much. Everything's all about her, all the time. I honestly can't remember her ever asking how I was or what was going on in my life. Every time we see each other she starts out right away with whatever drama she's dealing with at the moment.

I know I need to just tell her I'm not interested and to leave me alone but that's easier said than done.
