So many things in fic. I'm becoming really picky these days. I guess that's what happens when you read a shitload of fic.

People using asterisks in swear words. We all know what you're saying - just spell it out!

I'm the opposite -- I find that the more fic I read, the LESS picky I get in general. Usually there will be some specific fanfic tropes that I go "fuck it, I'm so done with this" but as a general rule, the longer I'm in a fandom, the more fanfic-tolerant I become.
