I'm 95% sure it's either a manip or a model shot with a ton of editing done to it. I could see some shapes being found naturally- what reads as the hips, legs, arms, with the basics of what's between them as a torso- but not the detailed anatomy there. That tree's got a really human looking thumb, breast, face, not to mention the privates.

But it's still super beautiful, and it always makes me think of iamamiwhoami, the musician in this icon.

Cool. I wondered if maybe someone had actually altered a tree to look like that but it seems like it would be damaging. In any case, awesome pic; thanks for linking.
