I'm currently rewatching this with a friend and she's liking some of the continuity and slow build, but I'm worried how she'll deal with Season Two because the whole series shifts and there are some things I really like and really dislike with what happened there. I still like the series as a whole, probably because it hit on a few of the things I really like in the DC continuity that the DC:AU couldn't get to.

It isn't the best DC animated series, IMHO that's Justice League/Justice League Unlimited. The voice acting isn't that bad, just not what most people are used to which is the DC:AU. For me, I get a little uncanny valley going going on because I've worked with some of the VAs in the past and I keep going "Hi X" in my head.

But, you're allowed not to like what you don't like. I can't stand Doctor Who, Sherlock, Hannibal, and Avatar/Korra despite giving all of those series a fair chance and having several friends who are super into the series. Everyone is allowed to have their own opinion and that includes both you and your friends.

Would I like to see Young Justice continued? Yes. But that's what fanfic is for. Getting up in arms and never letting go, well, the Browncoats have that covered.

The characters in JL were really miscast, starting with Batman. Dick and Artemis had very bad voice castings too, I couldn2t stand Artemis after a while.

But Jason Spisak nailed Wally imho, even though Michael Rosenbaum has better "voice", Spisak just suits better to character. Such a shame, it was wasted on a terrible adaptation.

JLU is a classic and I judge new DCAU features based on that criteria which YJ fell really short as well.
