I am sorry OP while I think the idea of calling people who dont like characters of color is ridicuolous and unreasonable (I dont call POC racist for hating White Characters IE Grant Ward (even though Ward is a bad guy), Mary Morstan ETC). I am gonna disagree with you. Danny Pink was honestly upset he was lied to. Which person in this world wouldn't. I mean she was hiding something from him and if they are going to be together. He would of course want to know the person he is dating is not lying to him.

And the fact despite this Danny was able to forgive her and the Doctor and give them a second a second chance makes him such a bigger person than you think. If he was as arrogant as you say he is he would have told them both to fuck off you know? yeah, you're probably right. If you say anything about the ship, it'll be seen as bashing.
fwiw part of the reason I left the fandom is actually because I didn't get along with a lot of the Brotherhood fic. Not saying the 2003-era anime fic didn't have its terrible moments (remember zoofic? predated a/b/o by a bit...) and OOC sagas, but eventually I just got turned off by it all.
One fic too many about Al screwing Ling's harem, I guess.

I haven't read much Royai (was very solidly in the Hei/Ed part of the fandom), but I believe you.
