I do. And to be fair, while I'm mostly straight - I've been attracted to trans women, and ONLY trans women, so I think my brain knows somehow.

I have a very good sense of smell, I can even smell when a woman's having her period sometimes (and not through lack of hygiene, it's something in the sweat, I can smell it on myself, too).

So yes, sorry, but some of us have a very good idea about biology, regardless of how people present.
