I've read about a few cases where an adult brother and adult sister engaged in consensual incest. In one case, it was two siblings who were separated at birth, raised separately and by coincidence, met and began dating when they were adults. In another case, it was two adult siblings who grew up together but when the sister was going through a difficult divorce and confessed that her self-esteem was shaky, her brother and she ended up sleeping together and, at least at the time of the interview I read, they both felt positively about it. I think those are the only cases I know of that are consensual.
