just because they've never had sex or been in a relationship doesn't mean they're not sexually attracted to other people.

"crush" implies attraction, and "no crush" implies no attraction

not saying OP is wrong, but I was wondering the same thing as ayrt and it's a valid question

There are guys I look at and definitely think are attractive. But I consider crush to be a bit more -- daydreaming about being with them I guess. I never let myself get that far because I feel it's pointless.

Are you sure it's not just aesthetic attraction? Honest question. I'm a lesbian. I can still tell you a guy is pleasing to the eyes. In the "I would like to draw them" sense, if you will.

Oh it's absolutely not just an aesthetic attraction. I would fuck most any dude I see on the street's brain out given half the chance. But my brain tells me it's not gonna happen so why bother?

Just realized the first part might have been TMI but…yeah

Eh, it's Fandom Secrets. TMI is kind of the name of the game around here sometimes.

That makes sense.

I hope thinks look up for you soon - I don't think it's as hopeless as you seem to think it is :)

Crush has a romantic element to it that sexual attraction in general doesn't for me. I went a long time denying that I had had any crushes because I only got them on girls and I was repressing them but during that time I was still attracted to a lot of people.

eh, I don't get crushes either. It's because I look at guys as marriage potential, not random bedmates, so I see no point in fantasizing about somebody who I would clearly never want to marry. Also I have a low libido. Not everyone crushes.

That's fair.

I actually kinda see guys like you, or at least, potential boyfriends-then-later-husbands, I practice chastity, and I have zero interest in one-night stands or flings. But I still crush. I think people can crush in different ways, too.

Yeah, that's what I came here to say too.
