Do I think it exists? Yes. Do I think it's a good idea? Well, for the most part I feel that adults can do what they want as long as they're not harming anyone else (though it grosses me out personally quite a bit). The only problem is if it's a het relationship, the chance of pregnancy is always there (even if protection is used), and children of incestual relationships are more likely to have major genetic issues that can impact them negatively. So that muddies the ethics a bit.
