28: Expressing a thought or a feeling in exactly one hundred words is very, very hard, actually. I have great respect for those who manage it.

30: So every time somebody posts a good fic or a good fanart, you think it's sad nothing good is ever contributed to your fandom?

They actually said "popular," not "good." I'm still not sure what they're saying, though. The secret isn't worded very clearly. They could mean that they don't think yaoi is ever a worthwhile contribution... or that if it's popular and yaoi, the authoer/artist will only get squealing review and no constructive criticism and never improve... or it could mean something else entirely. :/

Heh, I didn't even notice. Though sometimes the popular fic can be really awful, especially when it uses popular fanon clichés.

Yeah, could be, but in that case I think it's just troll-bait.
