There was someone at the place I used to volunteer who was special needs, which was fine. He did the jobs assigned to him, there was no problem there.

He was banned from using the toilet because he'd shit and get it everywhere, and wouldn't even wipe. This was more information than I ever needed, and I almost hate my boss for telling it to me because I could never look at him the same again.

(There were other people with special needs who did their jobs without shitting up the bathroom, which was appreciated.)
