For those just tuning in Frostfall is a Skyrim realism mod that simulates cold weather's effects on the body. You can legit freeze to death. I've been meaning to try it, as I'm a fan of Fallout Wanderer's Edition and Project Nevada.

I installed it a while ago and never went back. Frostfall combined with Realistic Needs and Diseases keeps the game challenging at higher levels. I may be the Archmage and the leader of the Companions and able to kill a dragon by looking at it funny, but a blizzard can still get the best of me.
