I finally got a tumblr earlier this year and I've really really TRIED to like it but I just can't. Long discussions and getting to know people aren't as easy as they were on LJ and I love me a long discussion. Even if you do get a comment chain going eventually I give up because I get frustrated with the format. You know...

Also I feel like everyone in my current main fandom (MCU) had already settled in to following each other and trusting each other so I think I missed the getting involved boat just after Avengers was released.

Also I'm not a fan of reblogging and suck at updating my tumblr. I've made two entries in about six months. I don't hate tumblr and don't mind it but I don't think it works for me personally.

I found MCU fandom to be quite generous in following (back) - but if your post are so infrequent, yeah, that might be different - but I'd say - just follow the blogs that interest you even if they don't follow back.
