Ugh. I quit Murdoch Mysteries for exactly this reason.

It's worth watching the last season! Right from the beginning to the end.

I noped out at the end of season 5. Lovely happy ending with fireworks and mushy declarations. A perfect ending for William and Julia as far as I was concerned. I didn't like anything I heard about season 6.

The end of season 6 was sad, but I was referring to season 7, and I'm dying to tell you what happens in the first episode, but I won't except to say that Julia is awesome in it :-)
