I didn't dislike her as much as I hated Quinto's Spock, but yes she was incredibly boring.

I REALLY don't understand what people like about Quinto's Spock. Especially in the 2009 film. He was an out of control bully who stepped all over everyone's feelings.

I like him more in STID but still…

Quite honestly, half the reason I ship him with Kirk is because I find Spock to be at his most likable when he's working together with Kirk, concerned about him, and they're getting along.

I suppose he's the most likable when he's humiliating Kirk in front of everyone because he cheated a test, or when he almost strangled him. Or maybe when he reported him after he saved his ass.
very likable, not to mention in character for Nimoy Spock.

I don't really like any of the new actors except Pike and Sulu. They might look close enough to the original cast, but the characterization is so different it's glaring.

It's funny because Pike is probably the most hugely different (he's nothing at all like TOS!Pike) and yet I prefer Bruce Greenwood's portrayal by a mile.

That and c'mon it's Bruce Greenwood. UNF.

Well, TOS Pike didn't have much going for him anyway. He only talked in one episode.
