I have come across so many fics like that. I feel your pain, OP.

Teenage angsting about whether or not to "do it" for dozens of chapters is not only boring, it's inappropriate in characters who are supposed to be sane adult men or women. Yet these are the sort of fics that attract kudos like flies on shit, with inane comments about how it's so deep and beautiful.

Urgh.

Teens who like their own diary entries and kudo stuff that resembles said entries.
Teens who wish they could be their favorite characters in their favorite ships.
Teens who think their feels are deep and beautiful.
