The vast majority of this stuff, I do think is harassing.

If it's friendliness that I feel like the guy would give anyone who walked by - women AND men - then whatever. If it's something they wouldn't yell to a man, then they shouldn't yell it to me.

And frankly, I think it's kind of rude to yell things at anyone who is just trying to walk by, obviously not making eye contact with you, obviously looks like she's on the way to something. I think there are situations where obviously it's fine for a guy to chat up a girl without it being creepy, but I don't think one of those appropriate times is when she's trying to get somewhere and walking by without looking at you.
