(Anonymous) 2014-11-04 04:31 am (UTC)(link)Hmmm. Well, regular check-ups are a good idea anyway, especially to get bloodwork done and test for type II diabetes. You don't have to have a family history in order to have it, unfortunately.
Re: Play doctor, F!S
If you're tired and such, make sure you're getting enough iron in your diet.
Having said that, this shit sometimes comes in cycles. Check your diet/etc, and then give it a while. I know the anon above me mentioned diabetes, but it doesn't just come on right away, and all the symptoms of diabetes (including this) are symptoms of a large number of other things, so check all those first. Obviously consider it, but if this is the only symptom and it's not an ongoing pattern, consider other things as well.

(Anonymous) 2014-11-04 03:21 am (UTC)(link)Are you peeing a lot, or do you just crave water?
Are you drinking ice cold water? Ice cold liquids can actually make you feel sluggish, especially after a big meal. Plus, you pee a lot.
Are you eating salty things too (especially as the holidays come around)?
