...add Borderline Personality to that list, and this is me. (Had one parent with, and the other parent with the other. Good times, good times.)

You have my sympathies. My older brother has NPD and that was hard enough.

Eh. I was the parent in the family (still am, to the parent with BPD). It is what it is. I don't exactly wallow, I'm just resigned to it now. Besides which, the BPD parent absolutely can *not* cope on their own, at all, and I'm not nearly as calloused as the NPD parent to shove the BPD parent out of the nest at all. Er. Anymore, anyway.

Think I'm the only single person on Earth who can't wait to have Empty Nest Syndrome though. :-P

Including alcohol and marijuana, or are we talking about significantly more dangerous substances here?

I'm Irish-American and live up to all the stereotypes associated with my demographic. Beer is good and I've met nuns who can drink me under the table. Call me and I'll find us some good moonshine to sample.

My main problem with marijuana is that the one time I waa at a party and some people were smoking it. When I smelled it I had to leave the house and retch. The stuff made me sick.
