You didn't switch soap/shampoo/makeup brands or anything like that? Sometimes brand formulations change without much notice even if you didn't switch. Bad reactIons to new laundry detergent can make you break out if you're allergic to residue on your pillows. Also if your periods keep getting lighter, that might be a sign that you aren't getting all the nutrients you need or need to eat more/different things. Depending on how tall you are and your activity level, 1200 calories a day might not be enough and could be stressing out your body.

I'm not that active really, because I'm limited by my bad foot. I'm a little over average height for a woman, I guess,but I'm losing weight pretty slowly so I don't think it's starvation or anything. Maybe variety is an issue, but I dunno...I eat meat/fish/veggies/fruit/nuts/dairy products. I can switch around the percentages a bit, but I'd be doing it randomly.

I switch shampoo brands regularly because I build up a resistance after a while. Same make-up and detergent, though.
