There's nothing wrong with using a color as a name.

And Cerulean sounds nice to me. But I've heard of Pink, Scarlet, Auburn, Gray, Silver, Goldie, Violet, Emerald, Hazel, Ivory, Jade, Ruby, Tawny, and Rainbow. As for blue color names that people use, there's Blue, Sky, Sapphire, Azure, Indigo, Aqua, and Cyan.
