Echoing the "its not that bad of a name" crowd. Its a little long, but its not like calling your kid "Blanket" or something like that.

Hell, my mom knew someone who named their kid "Dog." That's a mean thing to name your kid. Cerulean is at least a pretty sounding word associated with a nice color.
