Tbh I'd probably be a tiny bit disappointed for like 30 seconds (although I think feeling like you're being mocked is kind of a strange reaction) but then I'd get over it. Representation is good and like an anon above said, your OTP was never canon anyway. Plus if it was well written and the actors had chemistry, there's a good chance I'd end up being a fan of the new pairing.

Also, I'd enjoy watching the homophobes freak out. (Does that make me a bad person? lol)
