Erika instead of Erica (Teen Wolf) annoys me.

I have some sympathy though because, sometimes, in the beginning especially, some information has conflicting information (like closed captioning, network/show websites, imdb) and sometimes the creators/writers themselves have a hard time settling on spelling.

But, Jesus, if you use AO3 and you tag the character (with the correct spelling), I'm going to wonder what the hell you're thinking.

Issac. I read an entire fic once (I don't remember why now) where Isaac's name was persistantly spelled as Issac throughout. And people pointed it out in the comments but apparently the writer just ignored it.
